Are Taxes legal in the United States. Obviously if you don't pay them the IRS will come for you, right?
However, I've heard, and overheard points of view that paying taxes, such as Federal income taxes are not legal and if you know how to work the system you can avoid such life-leeching 'laws'. Does anyone know anything about this, or have references to point me in the right direction.

I strongly believe that it essential to improve the services of the goverment. While it is true that there are a few countries which doesn't require it, it is different for others especially if their government has a high population to cater to to ensure the safety and comfort of the people they serve.

From taxes can not escape, the state must somehow develop at the expense of us. From this, we will not leave, but to reduce them is worthwhile, but then the percentage has grown already much. |

of course taxes legal, even some exchanges trading requires us to upload our data and address for verification. Is this annoying, certainly not as long as you use bitcoin from a legal source. |

Taxes in the U.S. are as legal as Bitcoin. A bunch of guys came together and thought "Hmmm, war costs us lots. How about we ask the people of our good country to donate some money for the war effort? Lets call it taxes and it will be temporary!" So this "temporary" solution is still in effect. It's legal because the a bunch of people decided it so and the rest of the sheeple just follow without question. You can make anything legal or illegal for that matter. C'mon! Even an evil looking "assault rifle" can be made illegal just based on "evil" looks :-) Why? Because of bunch of guys can and they will. Because the rest of sheeple can and will do nothing. |

In my opinion, the tax is completely legal. You have to pay taxes. That is a must. Taxes are a source of income for the state. The state collects taxes for the construction of infrastructure, roads, bridges, schools, hospitals ... for the country to develop.

Taxes are legal, if they go to the development of the country and improve the quality of life of citizens. And if it is a source of income for politicians, it is just legalized robbery.

How can taxes be illegal when the government itself made it legal for eveyone to pay taxes. I know for a fact that taxes go to the govenment to fund all the projects they are trying to do like fixing a bridge. However it is also true that some use taxes as a way to earn a lot of money without you realizing that the price is too high.

Yes, taxes are legal. Tax are oart of the income and every income has a tax deduction. Especially, the above wage income is entitled with taxes and it is legal. But if they deduct a too much higher tax then itis illegal. |

Our country is in need of Tax to finance its needs.infrastructure development such as roads, bridges, and subsidies for food, rice, seeds, fertilizers, personnel expenses such as teachers' salaries, police, etc. as well as social assistance for poor families, education requires a lot of contributions from tax revenues. seeing this condition, it seems we need to re-realize how crucial the Tax is to finance our enormous country with an enormous population. our Supreme Leader's steps seem to be right, that is to support the Directorate General of Taxation to strengthen the organization for the smooth implementation of the task. Leadership support to awaken the Taxpayers also continue to be given so that taxpayer contributions can increase. that need to be preserved in the future may be consistency of all, as socialization and awareness raising are not something that can be done once or twice but must be repeated over and over again. hopefully such support will continue to be given, we can work better, public awareness and Taxpayers will continue to increase, finally what is aspired, that is the realization of a just and prosperous society can be achieved and the target is also achieved because the Tax Belongs .
