eEthereum Classic (eEC) aims to be the digitized ERC-20 token version of Ethereum Classic available on the main Ethereum (ETH) network. We believe in the core principles of immutability and decentralization that the Ethereum Classic project espouses, however we also realize that the main Ethereum network has succeeded with its hard fork as is evidenced by the heavy investment of billions of dollars in ICOs on the platform. We therefore wish to keep the
spirit of Ethereum Classic alive, permanently on the Ethereum blockchain, despite whatever fate may eventually befall the Ethereum Classic project. We will achieve this goal by keeping our maximum supply under the current Ethereum Classic total circulating supply after all airdrops and burns are complete.
The initial total token supply is
140,000,000 (well below the ETC hard cap of 210,000,000). In addition, supply will be further reduced when tokens unclaimed by ETC holders will be burnt until final total supply is
under 100,000,000.
