This is a horrible idea as you're targeting DT1 and DT2 members as well as staff members, and the most likely reason for this isn't honesty.

Note: I am Ready to Escrow The funds if people insist.

What's the ICO project? You should put relevant links in the OP so people know what they would be advertising. If you don't want to say publicly what the project is, that's a bad sign....

it will be most likely a life time thing. as long as I am getting ICO marketing projects. the funds escrowed are for 2 months. we'll add more funds if we get enough participants.
