Yes the ICO is currently ongoing, just that we don't know how much has been raised yet. This figure is not been revealed to the public for whatever reason.

This is to be the 4th bitcoin forking? It seems very interesting as what I observed that bitcoin alone, bitcoin cash and gold has a quiet high of it's value. And this will be the next?.
