The percentage of people who do not feel life is too exciting often falls into the 30s. Because they always face the pressure from work, family, children. They do not have time to rest, they have to work more. Now, at twelve o'clock, they finish the report and the next day goes on from day to day, from year to year, they will no longer be happy with life.

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

Some people are unhappy because their are some people suffering from deep problem encounters a problem that they don't have an idea how to solve their problems

True happiness comes from within. It comes from the person. But often times we think happiness comes the material things we buy. People are not happy because they think happiness comes from the what they possess. The material things only give instance happiness. You become happy he very days you buy the item. But becomes useless and nuisance after using it for the purpose you bought or after becoming outmoded. Others are not happy because they are selfish. They want everything to themselves. Forgetting that there is joy in giving to help people and societal problems. There is this sense of happiness when you give to help people who are not able to help themselves. There is this automatic sense of happiness when you remember the good and kindness  you did for others.  Some people also think because they have everything they need so they need anyone. That is another source of unhappiness. There is joy and happiness when one interact with another person. The moments interaction or comunication or chatting with others is also another source of happiness from the fun stories, teasing and recalling of old life styles. So people who do not enjoy the company of others always are not happy due to loneliness.

why people are not happy? simple question... its because they are not content in their life. they always look for something that they think will satify them but at the end of the they are still unhappy because they are not contented. always hoping for something and someone.
