I was mining Doge coins at fast-pool and 9 hours ago from now my account got hacked. And my 102K Doge coins are missing.I tried messaging the fast-pool owner but he hasnt replied.Isnt it their responsibility to protect our account and compensate us when it gets hacked under their supervision?

Not if the hack didn't originate there. If you used the same username/password/pin in another pool, then it could have been another pool that was compromised. If you use different combinations, then it's likely the pool was hacked.
