When they haven't got back to you in months, then yes, annoy the hell out of them with a daily ticket.
2-4 weeks is completely normal for blow up's like this, yes your funds are in there, but you accepted these potential issues when YOU put them there.

Many people wait month and more...

And what ticket number are they on now?

631185 was posted recently, so that's 205,000 tickets over the course of 29-lets call it 30 days.


It's just my 2 cents, if you want to keep adding to the pile, you have the ability to do so.

Is that right:




1. Basic account does not longer support any withdraws.

2. You need enhanced account to withdraw but this does not work properly for most users

3. Ouside of the US You cannot get an enhanced account anyway?

Not true, you can get verified and enhanced from many countries. It just takes long no matter where you are from. If you are enhanced you will be able to withdraw. Some people had problems with that but they usually solve it if you are enhanced.

Bullshit. I am enhanced and I can't withdraw because my account is disabled.

Which country are you from and what's the value of the coins that you have there?

I'm sure it's very frustrating but issues like this are bound to happen and when they do, they usually catch the service provider off guard.

Bittrex is simply trying to abide by US law, in doing so it broke a few accounts and they did not expect as large of influx in tickets as the amount they have, clearly.

Hiring new staff does not happen over night, and hopefully Bittrex is taking the time to carefully select support staff that are qualified for the role and won't steal from the company or customers accounts.

In the mean time, they probably have a guys that are working on not just the exchange itself, but also doubling as the support staff to try to remedy the issue quickly.

Sending in a new ticket every day, will ONLY slow down this process MORE.

More time will be spent opening tickets, and looking for issues that can be solved quickly, only to keep coming across duplicate after duplicate where different support staff end up looking into the same persons issue.

Put in a ticket, understand the situation, be patient.

First of all I assume you have no problems whatsoever otherwise you would have held a different position.
Secondly Bittrex just recently amended their withdrawal limit from 3BTC to 0.4BTC without notifying customers.
Further people from specific (poor) countries should not get their accounts disabled and left in complete darkness. This is so inhumane.
If 2-4 weeks is normal than they should state that instead of the 7 days which turns into months.

I just got enhanced today after 12 days.

I did the 2fa trick and asked the admin in response to also verify my account.

Withdraw my btc to other exchange and fuck these guys If I ever touch their platform again.

Good luck to you all that still are unverified.

Sadly this is what happens when people get so greedy that they aim to make xtimes their money in a few weeks
gambling on a flaky internet suedo currency that has absolutely no real tangible value.
You would not have these problems of vanishing "money/investment" if you were all dealing with real banks and fiat currency!!!!
And IMO it will get a lot worse.

Explanation of the "2FA trick"

This is the way to get a quick response from the support.
You must submit second request, do not close the first
Click on "Submit A Request"

Then:
Please choose your issue below - "Two-Factor (2FA)"
Subject - "Remove 2FA"
Description - "Please, remove 2FA and verify my account"
Two-Factor (2FA) Issue - "2FA Removal"

Bot ask you to answer four questions
1) Your IP
2) At least one TxID from deposit / withdrawal history
3) Your current balances
4) Scans of your documents and fresh selfie with sheet of paper "Bittrex / Date"

Now your task is to wait for a response from the support (from 1 to 48 hours at the moment)

When admin answer you he can to remove 2FA but not answer on verification issue. In this case you need add a comment with your ask for enhanced verification because the necessary files you have already attached!
If he not response and just close your ticket for comments then try 2FA trick again and again!
You can try to solve the disabled problem too through 2FA trick because live admin answer you!
Be persistent, write only politely and you will succeed!

It's work! I confirm this!
After disable 2FA, i left a comment  - "why my another ticket #XXXXX have no one answer by support team?" and got enchanced verified and apologies  Smiley Smiley
