It's been clear to everyone since it reached 8k that it will reach $10000 before the new year.
With this crazy boosts in price in such a small duration, I think it's safe to say that the price per bitcoin will surely surpass $15,000 during 2018.

This makes me totally regret selling at $7400 when I thought that it was the highest it will ever be in a long period of time. It took me only days to realize that I was totally wrong but even when it dipped back to 6k, I didn't buy as I thought that it was the end of the "pump".

Grrr. I'm so mad at myself right now. At least I still haven't sold some. I've decided not to sell btc ever again. At least not before the end of 2018 (or maybe even never). Yeah thats what we were looking for this year end and it is happening. This is mostly because of the fact that Wall Street money is getting pumped into the bitcoin exchangers. Many of the ICO had there final launches during the last quarter of this year, thats December and thus even more money is flooding into the bitcoin. Thus ultimately it grew up the market and leading to its vast expansion in the population as well. As a whole process seems to be on single page, it has become really easy for bitcoin to catch up the higher prices. Plus also note that people are also holding their money very hard and they are not panic selling it after seeing this much prices also. Thats what making it more harder to let down by any other market. Also so many insider news coming that Futures group from the Wall Street will definitely publish their plans of putting money into bitcoin before December. It could make bitcoin aggravate to go even further. So the time will tell whats the good news on Christmas may be. :-)

I agree though that holding is the best option but you need to have that mental strength not to be tempted to push the sell button when it keeps on going down. Again, holding for long term is the safest way to get profits without the hassle of doing trading and the headache if you are a day trader.
