Hello,

Two days ago I had 8.2BTC stolen from my account on yobit.net. the account had activated the 2f and notices to my email when someone loguea and makes a withdrawl.

even so someone between two days ago, sold all my coins to BTC and made a withdrawl to a wallet which I have identified in blockchain explorer.

Does anyone know what else I can do? yobit's support service has not yet answered me and I do not understand how they can overcome all these security measures.

Can't do anything, as Bitcoin is a nonreversible currency. There's going to be no helping you unless you're able to deem (in court) that YoBits shitty security, and only that, is the reason that these coins were stolen. You'd have to have nothing to do with the coins being stolen and it'd have to be a fully backend issue from them. I highly doubt this is the case though, even if I do hate YoBit with a passion.

I also doubt you trusting that insane amount of money with YoBit, they're not the type of exchange I'd think anyone would want to put any money in, let alone near 70k.

Any proof?

Of course there is evidence, sales are sold in the historical and you can withdraw a wallet. that day I was flying by plane, and I did not get any notice from yobit, neither when they logged in nor when they made the withdrawl, nor did yobit tell me the IP where they were logged.

that amount of money was in yobit because he was trading currencies that are only in that echange.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately Bitcoin’s in decentralized an irreversible, so it’s impossible to get those coins back, and I doubt that Yobit will refund them since it wasn’t Yobit’s fault.

However, perhaps those coins could be tagged and returned to you if somebody deposits all of them into a different Yobit account? Just a shot in the dark.

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!

because the dice that was not Yobit's fault? why do you think it was my fault?

my coins were in yobit, I did not use my computer or my cell that day since I was traveling, and when I go back to yobit someone has skipped security and has emptied my account, none of the security features of yobit worked. Why is it going to be my fault?

Keeping these much of bitcoin will not be advisable at all. Now no one can help you to taken back your money to you. Please go ahead to check with the Yobit support team. I am sure that you will not get the proper help from them.
Maximum they will ask the private key to check the transactions in your wallet but the answer will be same we will not help you. there are many people lost their money in Yobit site.

Then again, it will be hard to provide a proof that the flaw is not in your account, maybe your emails were hacked or you had malwares on your Laptop?
Anyway, Try to contact Yobit Customer Support either via their website or contact them via PM https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=406594
Since bitcoin transactions are irreversible Yobit will need to credit your account back with the amount you've lost
Next time never store a large amount of Bitcoin in an exchange, you never know when trouble will face you

You have trusted one of the shittiest trading platform with those huge amount of bitcoin - your fault
You have never thought of using individual altcoin's wallet to store those large amount of coins rather than yobit wallet - your fault
Even though you know that their support is worst, you thought you will never get any problem that will force you to create ticket - your fault

Wait for explanation from one of the yobit representative and also rather than posting it here you can post this in their official ANN thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0

That hurts man and I'm sorry for your loss you can't do anything now to recover that. You know on how bitcoin transaction works, when you send it already there's no way for you to cancel it or retrieve that transaction. It's not irreversible and I'm curious on how your login details got by other people? Did you logged into some suspicious websites that are requiring your yobit login details? Even yobit support will answer you, they can't do anything with it too.

Don't you know what's the reputation of yobit? your fault is that you trusted them with this amount of bitcoin. If I were you, I'm not going to put all of that bitcoins on them. I may do some trades with them but not with that big. You had activated the 2FA feature of your account and yet you haven't received any withdrawal notification on your email? I think there is something wrong with your account or you've been compromised.

Honestly yobit is not safe right now many people complain about their service delayed responds and about their 2fa security.. hope that you learn something about this exchange site..
check their official thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0
As you can yobit has negative trust so not  safe if we use their service..  but keep try to contact them maybe its just a bug.. and you can be still recover but i can say that anytime  soon they can deny if its bug or they stole your bitcoin.. be careful in yobit if you really wanted to be safe go to in well know exchange site with active supports unlike yobit..

There's a lot of accusations circulating around right now about yobit and if the Bitcoins have already been stolen then none of us will be able to help you. The only people who will be able to help is yobit themselves so just contact their support.

1.Totally your mistake.

2.Despite of telling you'll repeatedly, why do you think storing 8+ Bitcoins was a nice idea ? Jesus I don't know how to react but stupidity does pay when it's run the coarse. You cannot do much,YoBit doesn't give a shit about losing one customer, they have such requests on daily basis.

You failed on what where you will store that 8.2 BTC of yours. If I were on your situation I'll only deposit 0.01 - 0.1 BTC to them.

They've been known for not helping their customers with their problems and with what happened to you, I don't think even they'll reach you out they can't do something about it.

Charge to experience but not with that big amount. Sorry for the big loss.

Man sorry if it seems a little bit rude but you had to come here earlier, not now when yobit scammed you. Yobit isn't that old exchanger (still wasn't good in past) but their account is tagged here because they hang on scam accusations and aren't trustworthy exchangers. You can do nothing, I bet yobit won't return that 8.2 bitcoin. So this problem won't be fixed, sorry but it's real, I don't want to lie you. So before you use any bitcoin service, come here at first and see if there are scam accusations/real reasons against them.

I can help you. I can give you psychological support. Although it's nonsense, there have been studies on psychology and it turned out that some people can function better after having talked to a profesional (like me)  Cheesy

So, if you want to lose some more money, but then to a legitimate business instead of a scam, try sending me some and start talking about it in a PM  Wink

Compensate for your sadness by offering me happiness!

I did not use yobit or my devices on those days because I was on a 30 hour plane business trip. all measures of security were skipped, everything points to hacking a yobit, they are the ones who keep our money, they should cover if someone hacks and steals them

Why is it going to be my fault?
Don't you know what's the reputation of yobit? your fault is that you trusted them with this amount of bitcoin. If I were you, I'm not going to put all of that bitcoins on them. I may do some trades with them but not with that big. You had activated the 2FA feature of your account and yet you haven't received any withdrawal notification on your email? I think there is something wrong with your account or you've been compromised.

I did not use yobit or my devices on those days because I was on a 30 hour plane business trip. all measures of security were skipped, everything points to hacking a yobit, they are the ones who keep our money, they should cover if someone hacks and steals them

But sadly they wouldn't cover anything loss on their costumer and they will just point out that it was your lose since you are the one who's handling your own account and better you should move forward since there's no one can help you with that since bitcoins are not reversible currency.

I'm sorry for your loss but why did you trust yobit anyway if you searched this forum there too many issues posted here about poor services and customer support unresponsiveness of yobit and some poeple here posted scam accussations against yobit that hasn't solved yet and by looking yobit's account here in bitcointalk, and the trust ratings are negative. Next time i guess search for a reputable exchange and also tighten your security to prevent yourself against hackers

If you know that there are many people complaining about their frozen funds and yobit never helped them. You are unfortunate for choosing them, can't you remember if you clicked some links or if someone sent you a yobit look a like website?
