China banning local cryptocurrency exchanges is old news; they've been announced like 2 months ago, after China has banned ICOs.

Also, "in the past few days the value of bitcoins has fallen". Dude, since a week ago we had a jump from $8250 to the current price of $9200(source: coinmarketcap). How is that a fall? Tongue

Don't worry, there are rumors on China allowing exchanges to open again. Take note that these are only rumors though.

That news is old and 'in the past few days the value of bitcoins has fallen' what are you talking about? The price is going up almost 9.6k$ now.
