Why has china banned its local coin exchanges in the past few days the value of bitcoins has fallen can this adversely effect the bitcoin market ?

China banning local cryptocurrency exchanges is old news; they've been announced like 2 months ago, after China has banned ICOs.

Also, "in the past few days the value of bitcoins has fallen". Dude, since a week ago we had a jump from $8250 to the current price of $9200(source: coinmarketcap). How is that a fall?

Don't worry, there are rumors on China allowing exchanges to open again. Take note that these are only rumors though.
