Large Investment into Ethereum?

I'm very new to AltCoins and all of it in general, this is my first post too!

I have started to invest into some AltCoins, but! I am looking to invest a large amount into a coin and Ethereum is looking promising, do you guys think that it is a good investment?
 
And is the price too high atm? ($483.36) or shall I wait for it to drop? do you guys think it will drop?

Some thinks that the price is too low and other think the price is high. In my personal opinion the price will rise more. However the best way to invest is in incremental fashion instead of lump sum. So if the price drops, you will be able to average down and there is no issue if the price keeps going up. You will lose some profit that way but you will sleep better at night.

Yes, you are right. if you want to invest even more money, I think ethereum is the right choice. although now the ethereum price is up more than $ 100 but I don't think it will go down drastically. The probability is down to $ 350, and I think this year the ethereum will reach $ 500, then next year could be over $ 1000 if seen from more and more people using ethereum and investing their money. ethereum is one of the best altcoin in my opinion.

Just do it, I also believe Eth can provide a decent profit especially in the long term, Eth is the right altcoin to choose.. it's no doubt anymore I guess this coin has a good potential.
And I don't think it will going down and could away from the $400 figure, even it seems having seen more clearly the price is likely to lead more higher direction as time goes on. So although a little too late to buy it, I think it's okay if you buy at right now.

yes, etherium is the best choice for investment, do it now and wait a few months you will make a profit.

I got 50% of my portfolio in ETH and I continue buying it by all means cause it is similar to buying bitcoin when it was $400.

There should be a market correction soon. I always try to buy in a dip. No promises though, this world is unpredictable. I'm thinking of buying Ethereum before it goes POS so I can stake and earn more. Just wish I had bought in when it was $7. Somewhere I have some mined Ethereum, I don't think it's a lot because I switched to Equihash pretty soon after I started.

Recently this week, all COINS have a great gains, but the higher the rise means to adjust, the more recently there will be a big adjustment, the price of the ETH is a little high, may not be particularly high rise next.

To be honest, even though Ethereum is the best altcoin at the moment.  There are better options for a large investment into altcoins which could possibly end up with higher returns than investing in Ethereum alone.  Look into Stratis for example.  It is very undervalued with many upcoming releases.

If going to choose an Altcoin to invest in large amount then it would be 50% Ethereum and 50% Bitcoin Cash. Surely they will give ne good profit in the future. Because most Altcoins are laying low on the ground for a long time and these top Altcoins will definitely rise by the end of the year and surely next year and so on.

I think it will drop more because bitcoin is still very dominant right now. It sucking huge volume at the alt coin market. So maybe altcoin market will fail a bit. Ethereum is stable right now but i think it will not last. It's price will drop slow in a matter of days. So wait for that moment to make a good entry. Besides, Ethereum is at it's highest peak right now. It's not safe to make an entry on peak because others may dump later. But it's up to you. It's your money anyway.

Yes.Ethereum reached $400 mark this means its morelikely getting like the BTC has lastyear,i bought already 500 Ethereum for the future.

I agree. It's much better to do it now and won't regret when it becomes 1000$. Even if it drops back to 300$ it will grow with 100% probability a little bit later.

I agree, dividing portfolio of Altcoin investments will save you from sudden pumps and low blow dropping. Thus instances will keep your investment stable even one of them are being dumped. Otherwise, you'll be in a critical situation.

I have never thought Ethereum will drop again but if will then I'm very confident that it will pump up hard and surpass the previous price. That is the best advantage of a top Altcoins.

You should wait and see if it dips because bitcoin right now is looking to break the $10,000 mark. Let bitcoin reach that price and observe if there is a correction when it reaches that amount.

Sure you must invest large into Ethereum, $500/ eth is best value for this blockchain. Maybe in 2018 can have $1000/ eth.

If you sure that ETH will continue its growth then go ahead. But remember that you should never buy alts when they are on the top (imho 500$ for eth is a good price for now and I dont think that it will grow more so you might just lose your money).
If you are very new to cryptocurrencies then better don't buy anything for at least 2 weeks and try to understand how it works without any advices.
