This document aims to:
• Provide an overview of the proposed technical implementation and delivery method for the Acorn Hub minimum viable product (MVP) and in some cases beyond MVP. 
• Detail our approach to understanding our userbase and the influences this will have on how the platform will cater to their needs as well as perpetuate and grow the  platform’s community. 
• Demonstrate how users will interact with the system in order to achieve their goals, both in terms of a MVP and looking further ahead to extending this functionality.  This will cover both end users as well as various key business roles. 
• Demonstrate how the platform will be used to mitigate currency risk and detail how the currency interfaces with the platform

What is this document for? I did't understand from it absolutely anything. 

Briefly, the paper refers to the structure of service users, their roles, and the functionality of the platform and infrastructure solutions in terms of interaction of elements of the service. Ideally such a document should have any project wanting to convey to their users a bit more than marketing.

Should we not reach our minimum funding threshold, the contributions from our main token sale will be refunded to all investors. Thank you, Artkor, I found it difficult for understanding on my part  Although I think such docs can be interesting for not just speculators on market but some investors that seek projects with good and working tech.

Acorn guiding principle is minimal intervention. The platform should should encourage users creativity by keeping rules, requeriments and intervention to the minimem. Well...what about scamers? How will you beat them  what a plan? A lot of people see in crypto just way to get easy money, but not the to make world better. And as we see they win for now.

you have restrictions in USA citizen participation - it is not good
people gett token they wants do profit but not good words only

The project creates a croudfunding ecosystem like Kickstarter. ICO - the mechanism of raising funds through the sale of tokens, the project is in the startup stage, so they chose this way of attracting investments.It would be strange if they held fundraising at Kickstarter or indigo
Now there is an ICO phase that is regulated for citizens of the US and China at least. Therefore, the overwhelming number of projects prohibit the participation of citizens of these countries in ICO.Therefore, there is nothing strange in this.

but it should be taken into account that the crypto currency has not yet been regulated at the legislative level in practically any country, do not forget that this is a big source of income, sooner or later the state will take measures

And it became so much easier to do. If earlier the company conducting IPO had to make a large audit, preparation, evaluation, and only large players could invest, now it is available to all. We live in an amazing time

Yeah, especially nowadays people are ready to invest into projects with 0 commitments on GitHub a few months even

Yes, I agree, the title is intriguing and it is possible to draw conclusions quite different from those indicated in WP. When I saw I then thought too that some kind of freebie is planned 

In fact, it means that Acorn plans to create a platform for crowdfunding, but with a distributed base and its own token. And as the developers argue, the economic model of Acorn will make the process of crowdfunding itself free for those who will post their projects on their platform.
