In my opinion, you may want to try https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2386388.0 seems to pay well. I am thinking of joining. Do your own check and dont depend on my suggestion as recommenadtion, but they have demonstrated high credibility and their ANN is on fire.

Were is our payment from phase 1 to phase 2.. Still processing again our payment? we are working your project properly and we spend time of it but you did not pay as... As you promise you will pay phase 1 and 2, now! Were is our payment? Were is our payment?  During the dedline of yhe payment, the manager is offline but you still updating C Project...
