Dear investors and colleagues!
On December 27, 2017, the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Bank of Russia were prepared to send to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and published a bill establishing the rules for the organization and conduct of the ICO in Russia.
The initiative of the Finance Ministry and the Bank of Russia has recently appeared, and we can not predict what the consequences will be. In this regard, we have decided to postpone the IPO Group ICO for February-March 2018.
By this period, we expect the certainty in the legal regulation of the ICO, on the basis of which we will be able to adapt all the necessary internal documents of the ICO.
By the start of the ICO in the Gamma Clinic there will be great changes. We will open the first radiological center for oncology treatment and we will accept the first patients. We expect that, at the time of the start of the ICO, dozens of patients with oncology will be operated on our unique Gamma Knife equipment and will completely get rid of the diseases.
