I think this is only the beginning of the upward trend of ETH. He has many events for the coming year. I think $ 800 we'll see by spring 2018. Well this is my personal opinion;)

5000$ for eth, could not happen within this year, may be you are trying to say 500$. Bitcoins also soaring high and expected to reach 10K by the end of this year. No doubt by next year etherium will sure double its value, I cant wait to see what happen's by next year.

Ethereum Prize is growing at the same time as bitcoin's price rises day by day. Today's current rate is 1 ETH = 470$ but rate is fluctuating.

Yup because as I know, ETH is one of the best altcoins next to bitcoin so I think it is really good to buy now. I also have ETH but I don't have the whole ETH. I just have some of it around .003 ETH only. I am planning to buy some more because I think it will increase more in the future.

I think the big reason is the ico's because lots of icos used ethereum for distributing their coin and this is their basis of their coins. That is why the demand for ethereum are rapidly increasing also due to higher value of bitcoin lots of small investors are now turning to ethereum instead of bitcoin.

Also i see this coin would follow the progress of bitcoin, lots of people are starting to mine ethereum and they are holding it for long period of time and it will help to increase its value.

Hoping that we are able to gain more profit in this coin in the long run.

ETH is strongest altcoin for now, since the ICO a few years ago the price only ICO $0.3 but now going up to more than $450, and I think the price still able to going up to $1000 in the end of this year. The volume and market also nearly to Bitcoin, I believe by hold this coin for longterm investment will make big profit later, because the team behind it and aim of the project really help cryptocurrency and blockchain community around he world especially for some start ups that use Ethereum platform.

Exact my opinion. 3 different bitcoins in the top10 in marketcap is not good for newbies. And newbies are entering the market in masses these days. And solid projects of altcoins (ethereum ahead) will benefit from that.
