You should find platform where your tokens is trading, then  just transfer you tokens there  and sell them.

If you join the bounties and get cards that support erc20 you can sell them on etherdelta if you use myetherwallet. You can also keep them until you have a coin on the trading floor that you can sell.

There are some sides that allow to change tokens into coins, so just find webside that has your tokens and crypto which you want to have.

Tokens are a way for companies to sell their "coins" through ICO (Initial Coin Offering) where they come up with an idea and evaluate their tokens based on the total supply that will be held during the whole ICO and decide their selling value per token based on the capital that they expect from investors.
Once they get on an exchange, you can easily send your tokens from MEW (MyEtherWallet) to that exchange and sell them.
The value for any token is based on how these devs and the people behind the project deliver because what they will get will be on their part and the value on exchanges depend on holders/dumpers.

what are the sites we can convert torkens to bicoins or altcoin???

As others have said you can sell ERC20 based tokens on EtherDelta. But for coins that are traded on exchanges it would be better to find an exchange where said token is traded and sell there

You should find platform where your tokens is trading, then  just transfer you tokens there  and sell them.

There are some sides that allow to change tokens into coins, so just find webside that has your tokens and crypto which you want to have.

This is why getting involved in bounty campaigns or chasing tokens is worse than getting paid from faucets. There is never a guarantee that your tokens will even be worth something, let alone redeemable or able to be traded for Bitcoin or one of the other majors.

ERC20 tokens are slightly better, but it still requires that an exchange want to convert your tokens to Ether...which is usually rare.

Stick to the top 5-10 currencies and forget the rest. There is no get rich quick option...even those that got in on Bitcoin in the early days had to wait 7 years for it to hit the levels we see today, the levels we all thought were possible.

bitfinex.com
binance.com

These are two great sites. binance.com has a large number of coins you can trade with.
