Hi, im since 8 Days mining on your pool with aprox 9 KHS. Since 4 Days are my stats like freezed  Payout for example shows "Paid 280 ETN" .. but got already 2000+. Is the frontend hanging a bit? Nope, don't have any problems. Frontend is extremely fast. Re-check the login you've specified in the dashboard. Don't forget to append ".payment_id" suffix if you are using one. |

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Actually did this before. Cleared browser cache and offline files. Same thing. Using Adress.PaymentID. Funny thing is i see the current speed in the "blocks" (right side of speed) but my 8.85 are still freezed. Also it shoes me that last block was found "a day ago". Payments are also not like the days before Should i send you adress.paymentID? |

Yep, it's up to you. The pool handles both ways. It is fine to use your personal wallet as well. |

Finally figured out the situation with fairpool.xyz domainSomeone ran spam attack with this domain, sent a lot of spam mails containing link to fairpool.xyz. As a result domain was blacklisted by multiple well-known spam blacklists: Spamhaus and SURBL. Finally XYZ registrar suspended the domain registration. To renew the domain registration i need to remove it from the Spamhaus and SURBL blacklists first. I got a success with removing it from Spamhaus. But had no luck with SURBL, seems like these guys don't care what they are doing, they just don't pay any attention to your requests. Kindly surprised to see such old-minded regulators still driving the internet train nowadays. Being long time in the crypto I used to be sure that nobody can regulate my finances (if you are using a solid crypto like XMR or SUMO). But unfortunately there are a lot of dumb-ass regulators who is still able to block your service/domain for nothing. We can only guess who is interested in running this attack. |

This means you've misconfigured something, probably made a typo. Check your config and the wallet address. |

We didn't find a block yet. Once we will find a block, the pool will split the reward among the active miners. Your personal payout threshold will be set to 10 ETN by default. |

didn't change my stats for days, but my live stats are not showing up, no way to mess up configuration or typo because I mine on this pool for months now.
Stats disappeared. Also didn't get my payout today...

Inspect your Payouts section, there you can find tx ids and links to the block explorer to check transactions state. If this is not enough, send me a PM with your address. |

Checked your txes, everything is fine with the payouts. Sent you a link with sending proof (contains txid and tx key). Visit it to see the decrypted transaction in the blockchain, your address as a receiver and the valid amount. Seems your local wallet is misbehaving. Suggest you to check the command line wallet. In the case if you are already using cli wallet, then create new wallet with the same keys (it is called restoring deterministic wallet) using your mnemonic seed and wait until it syncs with the network. |
