I believe the main reason is behind popularity of bitcoin, last 2017 was so good for bitcoin because so many people joined, big companies and even countries adopted bitcoin and all that reflected on the price.
2017 will be remembered as year of bitcoin and icos, so many icos this year, I ask myself can we see more icos in this or next years?
People are more interested in internet and freedom, what connect this two is decentralized payment system, and that is why bitcoin will grow even more in upcoming years.

Because people are getting familiar with bitcoin from various sources of information. About the advantages and existing system in bitcoin, so this is the driving factor that bitcoin value continues to grow.
Yeah information about bitcoin is viral nowadays and people are learning a lot from it and the reason behind people learning is they know that bitcoin is best way to make money faster and all this shows that bitcoin will become the most expensive currency as well and this is the reason people are seeing their lavish life in bitcoin and they invest because bitcoin guaranty them to give each and every thing what they desire for. yes recently a lot of people come get involved in bitcoin because of getting rich purpose. basically that is so wrong , but we can not blame anybody with this situation , it is good for the newcomer to know more about bitcoin at some point but the effects in the long run makes people has a permanent misunderstanding . they won't accept the real concept of bitcoin as a payment processor. |

So if you really wonder why BTC value is growing day by day it is because bitcoin has the most users using it day by day transferring and receiving money to any part in the world and it is the most trusted cryptocurrencies of all that's why every day more and more investors are investing their money in bitcoin hoping to gain more profits in a short span of time is what really attracts most of the investors.

Hard lines, I think this 2018 it would be the year for decentralized apps. By the way, this is the flaw of the market right now, those who are on top can manipulate the price easily. Like satoshi that has an estimated 1M BTC even if BTC us at 100K dollars, it will dumo because he has a larger number of coins than all of the small end users of BTC and whales do have some 4 to 5 digits BtC in thier hand which causes the price to bubble up, thats why they are calling that btc is a bubble and it might be blasted, for now. As for what will be the future, I still think that we still have a long way before the price will be stable and there will be a lot of improvements. A bumpy ride and a roller coaster price. Lets hold on tight. |

If you'll gonna ask me why BTC value is growing day by day... it's because BTC is the King of all Cryptocurrency.... that's it and because of that many users transact every day using bitcoins sending and trasfering money in any part in the world using bitcoins and with that more investors are attracted to invest hoping also to get a piece of fortune from what bitcoin investors are also enjoying as of this very moment. So that being said there's no wonder why bitcoins value is growing day by day.

Bitcoin continues to grow because of many reasons. More and more people become interested in Bitcoin. Unfortunately, the vast majority of them are here only because they want to earn money easily. What a shame that not everyone understands the technology which is behind Bitcoin. Blockchain and Bitcoin have started the revolution Don’t worry about that. We are all in it to earn money!! The technology for it to take on cash money is not even there in bitcoin, too slow too high a fee. So we are in it for the money. As I said in summer 2017, bitcoin will go to 100.000$ in 2018, without breaking a sweet. Sure looks like that is the way it’s going. Just wish I brought more in January 2017 |

from my experience in the bitcoin since last month the price of bitcoin was countinously increased and it reaches to $16000 but after that the price was suddenly down and it down very much and after that the price of bitcoin is countinously down and reaches to approx $10000 so now a days there is no chance to increase in the value of bitcoin and also in the future. |

That's the true reality with bitcoin. Value keeps growing gradually as the user community keeps growing along with more and more services as well marketplace accepting bitcoin. The decentralized reason is also a reason for the growth of bitcoin value, as it won't be pumped in a fake manner.

Decentralization is responsible for popularity, and popularity is what makes Bitcoin user base to grow. More users will contribute to higher demand and that will make price grow. Price is growing for years, and cause user base will grow more, price will follow. That is why some experts predict very high price for the end of this year, some experts believe in $70k before the end of the year, and in my opinion that is possible to happen. |

Well if you'll gonna ask me why bitcoin is growing day by day then I could tell you the reason is that bitcoin is a widely accepted form of payment now in which you can be able to transfer or receive bitcoin as a payment in any part of the world much more faster than a bank can do in complete secrecy that only you is the only one who knows about the transaction. With this being said more and more users joined the bitcoin making the community grow day by day.

As you can see, I'm learning ABC in crypto currencies and studying this for last 3 – 4 months, even after reading all these web pages, forums etc, still I’m having one basic question needed to clear out. I would really thankful if someone can help me with this.
We all know, BTC is making a huge growth for past few years and as a result, people start to invest / trade in BTC. With my little knowledge I assume that no one is going to use BTC / couple of Sathoshi to purchase things as they are really good to keep (HODL) as the value is going high and high. But if you think of any of fiat currency, the value of money is depending on the use of it. For example, if everybody is keeping their money (fiat) in their pocket without spending, the market will not have enough money for trading and value of the currency will not goes up. Why the same principle not applicable for BTC ?
I’ve seen lot of answers like, market will not have morethan 21M BTC and that amount will be saturated by 2140, hence there will not be any inflation etc. But what I do not understand is, if a currency is not using (in trading purpose – you buy something with that money), what is the logic behind the reason of value of the money goes up ?
More people uses it day by day too. You do know that every piece of Bitcoin is so expensive and if you buy tons of it it means youre adding up the factor of the Bitcoin's price the cycle keeps going on and on growth of rate of Bitcoin keeps the users to put more Bitcoin in their wallet and thats the cycle that keeps Bitcoin valuable. Except some incredible issues. |

there are lot of reason why the value of bitcoin is growing day by day because now a days the number of user of bitcoin will increase very much and the demand of bitcoin is increasing by the people because get more money from the bitcoin in short periods of time so every one want to become rich in very less time that's why the value of bitcoin is increasing. Because of supply and demand, it is simple as that, if a lot of people starts to invest in bitcoin, the price will go up, if they all sell, the price will inmediately go down at that moment, it is exactly what it is happening right now (going down, like hell, lmao)

The price of Bitcoin is continuously increasing due to the upcoming launch of Chicago Mercantile Exchange, which affects the hedge funds and increasing the price of Bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is going high day by day and its now available almost in many part of the world and last year bitcoin did a record business also some rich countries and companies have accepted bitcoin and even some banks have also accepted bitcoin there are a lot of people who are investing in bitcoin with millions so these kind of things make bitcoin more valuable and still it’s going more valuable because bitcoin is the only currency which is very good then any currency. |
