What countries do you mean? Nor a “U.S. person”, within the meaning of regulations of the U.S. Securities Act 1933, nor a Canadian citizen, or a citizen of the Republics of Singapore and Korea, or the People’s Republic of China are allowed to participate in our ICO. |

Funds distributin model: 65% towards development of digital infrastructure of mobile network operator’s consortium, which will provide functioning of the MMRS system, 15% Marketing and Promotion, 9% For the Development of a Loan Product Distribution Suite, 8% for IT development, 3% for Team members. |
