Well,generally from my observation it isn't so easy now adays to hit a hard cap of 50 million dollars,probably this project can be amongst the few that can do that these.In any case,Im glad you mentioned regardless of the ICO results,project will still be continued.That gives alot of hope to all potential investors and investors alike |
