Link to the product from the manufactors shop.
--------------------------
HOW IT WORKS
Gawminers.com offer to sell Hosted Antminers S3, the miner itself 599$ and hosting for 34.95$ a month.
The miners will be live from 8/1/2014

*Terms
The miner will be splittet into 200 shares, each share on the cost of 0.005 btc.
1 share = 2.39 ghz

Payment will be done each Sunday to keep fees as low as possible, the hosting fee will be deducted from the mining income once each month.
*Namecoins, devcoins and ixcoin will be sold for BTC and added in the payment.

*Other information
If we reach the point that the miners hosting fee get to great to give us some profit so will the miners be sold, and profit will be split between the share holders, after that the service will be “fulfilled”.
This will off course be taken to a vote if it comes to that.
Just a formality, if get to a vote if the miner should be sold so will there be 200 votes, 1 vote = 1 share.
As long as there is interest so if the shares are sold out, I will begin a new buy's for more miners.

*Pool?
I would go for cex couse of the size and that they have Namecoin, Ixcoin, and Devcoin merged., but other pools could be sugested by the shareholders.

*My conditions
I take 2 % mannagement fee, and I get to keep the points gained from gawminers.com shop.

Every investment will be made public in this thread =)

So any interests for this?

In that case write here, or shoot me a PM =)

You'd undoubtedly get more interest if you A) fix your typos and B) switch the intended pool to BTCGuild or Eligius.
Sticking MORE hashpower on CEX.io/Ghash.io is not the greatest idea as they have crossed the 50% mark before and personally, I see better payouts from the smaller pools
Cheers mate!
