Your going to need to offer a mining pool a fee if you want it to be confirmed. Maybe you can contact viabtc and ask them if they would do it if you paid.

I'm guessing you already know why it's stuck for 10 days, and it'll be probably stay there for a while longer, with 150k txs in mempool right now. Are you sure you've tried all the options available to you, as detailed in this sticky post? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0

If you really have exhausted all those options, are not willing to wait for your tx to simply drop from mempool or confirm, then thou hast one other resort at thine disposal: asking for help from benevolent miners.
