The platform  https://HO-LO.NET/ is developed as an international platform for the real estate market and based on blockchain technology, as a framework  with an open source  code. Thanks to a secure, protected from the  unauthorized access to the system based on blockchain technology, users can trade the  real estate and offer their services on our platform, as well as avoid the intermediaries during the conclusion of lease and  sale contracts, making one rank P2P (peer-to-peer) transactions, that , in general, facilitates the processes and increases the security for both parties of transactions.  
We implement a clear user interface, and we will use the smart contracts to ensure the logic of  the work of platform.

THE AIM IS:  To create a decentralized ecosystem in the real estate market and to be fully prepared to interact with the various jurisdictions, after the states will fully  work with the registration of property with the use of blockchains and will have the  distributed registers, to create the possibility of realization of sale and lease contracts  with the placement of information about the contracts in these registers.


The platform https://HOME-LOANS.IO/ is developed as an international platform for mutual lending (mortgages, loans) and based on blockchain technology, as an framework with open source code. It will be used own token  HOME to credit the people to purchase the real estate around the world at a minimum interest rate from private investors, without using the intermediaries during the conclusion of sale contracts and making peer-to-peer (peer) transactions.
This platform does not depend from the economic factors of the state in which the property is purchased and the resident of which is the borrower.
At the same time, the large amounts of data will be aggregated to reflect the needs of customers and their behavior in the network. The collective use and sharing of these data will allow to the private investors around the world to invest effectively, to insurance companies to get the new customers, and to borrowers to purchase  the real estate on favorable terms and pay for the loan without using the traditional money.
We implement a clear user interface and use the smart contracts to ensure the logic of  the work of loans
