Today where other blockchain companies are struggling to reach 1000 tx/sec, TIM is claiming 100 million tx/sec. Next is imminent threat from quantum computer which will break encryption of existing blockchain. TIM solved this using quantum encryption (supersingular isogenic encryption). TIM has completely redesigned blockchain using concepts like Vertical Sharding, on-demand partition, load distribution based on statistical model, DAG based network topology for nodes communication, scoring mechanism using gossip trust protocol (Rungfang), cookoo filter instead of bloom filter and many more. TIM is an innovation and not an optimization. Beyond this TIM has decentralism at its core values with micropayment and low fees, making it a preferred blockchain for Enterprise and Government.

A high bandwidth peer to peer money would allow commoditization of various types of societal values to be transacted on a single system increasing the cross industry commerce, security, decentralism as well as reliability. Geolocation based node identity provides part of the solution to create uniform load distribution aided by statistical block storage and quantum proof keys to achieve true decentralization along with performance. The p2p network is two layer combination of multiple graphs in lower layer and a global blockchain which stores a fingerprint representation of the each of the graphs by timestamping the hash. The longest chain proves the validity of transactions and also the proof of participation by majority of graphs to generate maximum consensus (or supersingular isogenic encryption for 400+ graphs). The structure of generated multigraph in the lower layer of graphs of the network has other interesting properties like equivalence to Ramanujam graph(for n ~> 400) which would provide switchover to quantum safe encryption when graph network grows above threshold.

TIM is an infrastructure project (blockchain with upto 100 million tx/sec and quantum secure). ICO is only opportunity to TIM tokens in bulk. TIM blockchain will be used by many enterprise , government and private organization . As the utility of TIM increases the value of token will increase. Many companies will use the TIM infrastructure and build their application on TIM Blockchain. For every transaction on TIM there is gas fee for that customer has to buy TIM Token from open market. This will create demand of token and value will increase over time. TIM is the only blockchain which can meet the demand and scale of Enterprise transaction. TIM is under proposal to big companies like avaloq(www.avaloq.com ) by its VCs and also TIM has its own venture in blockchain taxi which will disrupt the taxi giants like UBER. Tim has already developed ASIC chip for IOT devices to be integrated with TIM blockchain to be used in banking on chip and logistics and Ecommerce. TIM could be first trillion $ blockchain in future and killer of Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Team is of 4 people experienced in p2p, iot and blockchain development. We are based in Pune-India and Singapore.
As of now, we are planning ICO & bounty. But yes, PR will help the network launch in 2018.
Difference from other apps:
Major T.IM has it's own protocol and 100-thousand geo-mining participants. Thus it is fast, more secure and eco-friendly. The network will become ready to host millions of hyperlocal dapps. Taxi is only for swarm protection. It means that Taxi service is not main purpose of blockchain, rather taxi apps act as node validations for PoB.

Other differences T.IM is a real world practically scalable decentralized network. Compared with others, it is not for frivolous acts or  "Me-Too". Other taxi services are for towing etc, but not for real Uber like experience. T.IM is for user experience and cutting the middleman to bring efficiency.

We are also planning to propose the improvements in EIP in few days, so that we can combine resources.
