Now I had a decent chat with another live chat agent. He seems to be humble and cooperative, he told me to write a email to security team and the issue will resolve. So I mailed the security staff about the issue and now I am waiting for refund to be credited once done I will update this thread.

I truly hope that you will did this and update your thread, even if you get a refund or any other solution.
A lot of members posting their troubles but they (almost) never conclude and done with their complaining threads. Roll Eyes

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

It seems they have been having alot of players having withdrawal issues with this particular bitcoin sportsbook and they just continue to just come out of the wood work.
Why do they have so many problems.
Wouldn't they just end up picking up and leave if they have so many issues with their customers with not paying them out unless they scream to the top of their lungs, SCAM just to get attention for this sportsbook to notice them?

This company runs a buggy site and has no idea how to fix it.  Don't trust these amateurs with your money.

Good to hear that your issue is solved already, so its the right time to lock the thread as there is no more thing to discuss about your issue. Next time if you face a similar problem or other problem in any gambling sites then you should try to contact them with all the available ways till you get an answer. Be a bit more patient, don't talk with them with anger as it may make the problem even worst.

There is another scam accusation against sportsbet here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2488971.0
Quote
A 5 days ago I ordered withdrawal 0,2459 BTC. But my order was rejected and I was asked to send documents and proof of address to security@sportsbet.io.

Looks like their verification procedure is quite shady and they are even blocking small withdrawals of under 1BTC LOL

Yes, sportbet already have so many scam accussation on their site but still many people playing it here just because they offer some promotions. I saw there are many better site ouy there compare to sportbet, and why people still coming here and keep saying that they got scam? This is really nonsense thing that they always complain about
