Hello,

Please only vote if you are an ASIC or FGPA miner.
If you chose "Other", specify the pool you are using.

Thanks.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I voted for BTCGuild (pplns) but I'm also using triplemining.com. I'm mining with 12 x USB Block Erupters.

BTCGuild for the merged mining on stratum.  I have Eligius set up as backup.

I used to use Slush's, but it's been a bit wobbly with DDOS and server glitches recently.

should allow for multiple choice, I find I get a higher hashrate and longer times between reset (avalon batch 2) when using load balancing between 2 or more pools. (currently using ozcoin and bitminter)

I didn't think about load balancing. It's too late to change the poll and add multiple choices.

Go to the Mining Pool List. Choose any pool that's listed as "ASIC Ready" on the right hand side. I've tried Ozcoin, Slush, Bitminter, Eclipse, BTCGuild, 50BTC, and a few other smaller ones.

I don't like adding to pools that are already too large, so I tend to stick with small/medium pools. 1-2 pools getting too large is not good for the network, IMO. For me, this means BTCGuild and 50BTC are out. I also don't think a pool can viably be run long term as PPS, again 50BTC is out. Then you have to evaluate your trust of the pool op. For me, this is almost more important. My personal opinion: Ozcoin and Slush are top knotch, with Bitminter and Eclipse as close seconds. I also trust eleuthria explicitly in this regard, but their pool is too big. EDIT: Well actually they're still less than 25%, which is better than the high 30s they used to be, so that's not as bad as I thought. Still, I'd rather encourage small/mid sized pools, and spread the hashrate out a bit.

I would also vote for balance if I could. You should be doing failover at the very LEAST! I'm gonna vote for Ozcoin, but I would also be voting for Slush if I could.

May I ask why you choose Deepbit? Or more likely: why you still use Deepbit?

Because it's a pool I've always used and have an account with.

And the obvious, that its a very stable and reliable pool.

But, being that its still getwork only I couldn't recommend it for more than a low end ASIC such as block erupters.

4 block erupters here.

I mine on slush as my primary, and 50BTC as my backup.

I manage way better payouts over 24 hours on slush, and even when slush's luck is about 90%, i still get similar payouts as I do on 50BTC and BTCGuild in the same time frame.
