This document contains critical information regarding the sale details of the upcoming CryptoKami Token private pre-sale. Thanks to our CryptoKami community for your support over the last several days (and many of you, several days).

Commencement and Duration of Private Pre-sale.
The Private sale will begin at 11:59 PM PST on February 3, 2018 and end at 11:59 PM PST on February 9, 2018, or when all of the private sale tokens have been sold, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility to Participate in the private sale:
In order to be eligible to participate in the private sale, you must :
Comply with all the terms and conditions.
You must be 18 years old and over to participate in our private pre-sale.
Register and provide all of the required Registration Information to CryptoKami. (Complete whitelisting process)

Registration will begin on February 2, 2018 at 3:00 PM PST for members in the Community Appreciation Early Access period (pre-registration required to be a member from our Telegram, Bitcointalk, and Email list memberships).
Restrictions:
You may not participate in the CryptoKami Token private sale if you are a resident or domiciled in or purchasing private Sale Tokens from a location in any of the following jurisdictions:
United States.
The Cayman Islands.
The People’s Republic of China.
Republic of Korea.
Canada.
Any other jurisdiction where we reasonably determine the purchase of private Sale Tokens may be unlawful. This includes countries on the U.S. OFAC list: Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, and Cuba.
Private sale Pricing, Terms, and Conditions
Price Per Token: Tokens sold in the private sale will be priced in USD ( Detail on private sale table ) .
Hard Cap: $1,250,000.00 USD.
Purchase Currency: ETH, BTC are the only currency, which will be accepted for Private sale purchases. We will provide you with the address to which ETH, BTC payments must be sent, after you complete the pre-registration process. Please note: You must send ETH, BTC from a wallet in which you own the private key. DO NOT send BTC, ETH from an exchange.
Prvate Pre-sale Token Supply: 2,120,000.00 KAMI and 60,160,000.00 KAMIs.
Token Distribution on Private Pre-sale.
Example : you bought 1000 KAMI in round 3, you had to pay $550, total amount of Tokens you will received : 1000 KAMI + 38 * 1000 KAMIs.
Community Appreciation Early Access Sale Period: At the start of the “Community Appreciation Sale Period”, this period will be open only to the CryptoKami’s early adopters and active community members on a whitelist basis at CryptoKami’s sole discretion.
