You tried to cheat by entering, intentionally or unintentionally, several times for the same week. You should be thankful that you weren't neg. rated right away. Your entry has been rejected, and persistence will lead to a negative rating.
That's what I can not understand. What the heck do people publish here reports on their work. For this, there is a google form on the first page. Because of these reports, people with problems will be difficult to reach their destination.
