$11k - when do you sell

lets make it short:
1) yes bitcoin is the future and the price will increase on the long run, but:
2) we are currently obv. bubbling (what is not happening the first time).

So my question is - do you sell now in order to get a cheaper entry soon?

I think you guys agree that there has to be a price correction in the nearer future...

I will sell my bitcoin when Bitcoin reaches $ 20000. Currently BTC rates have reached the threshold of $ 11000, predicted about 3 months to BTC price will double the current time. So if there is a BTC to hold and wait until the exchange rate of BTC doubles and then sell will be more regretted selling at this time.

yes of course holding bitcoin now is an effective way to benefit from rising bitcoin progress, and we expect in the next few months bitcoin prices will rise several times from the current price, which of course still opens up the opportunity to invest in bitcoin , can't be denied if the year 2017 is a resurrection of bitcoin.

well it depends on you contentment level if you are contented on the current higher high you can sell and buy on dips or the next lower low but if you are aiming for larger price you can still hold and sell at some point when you are contented perhaps $20,000 is a good point but bitcoin can reach even higher..

Actually it surely depends on numerous factors, the one mentioned surely does counts. Also sudden requirement needs can also be catered by selling your Investment. But completely selling all might not good as surely it does have huge chances to rise more till December end.

currently, holding bitcoin is my main goal. maybe i will do this until next year. many issues say bitcoin prices will go up high, and sometimes it actually happens. well, that I did so that I do not regret it.

At the moment Bitcoin price is stable around 11k$ after a big pump and dump. I think it's a signal for a new big pump before the end of this year. Everytime when Bitcoin reach to a new peak, this case always happen, Bitcoin price stays stable for a few days then it'll have a big jump to a new price peak in just 1 or 2 days. So I think I'll wait a little bit more and not sell at 11k$

I think the BTC will still grow in the future. I sell only part and I keep BTC for future growth. I remember the 2013 bubble when it grew from $ 100 to $ 1,000 and then dropped to $ 300.
I think BTC is now more popular and better known. Something similar should not be repeated. At least not on such a scale.

I don't have the plan to sell, not yet. I'm spending my bitcoins occasionaly for some goods, services and to pay bills but these are relatively small amounts and at the moment I don't intend to convert coins to fiat.
11000$ is not the peak bitcoin price will achieve, maybe even not for this year so I don't see the reason why not to hold and accumulate some more coins if possible.

I think now is a good time to sell and buy back cheaper.

I'm sure there's plenty of people who paid alot less for these and want to cash in I know I would.

The current market price of bitcoin has even crossed 11k$ and is now reached up to 12000$. Selling the bitcoin at this time can really help you in having some good amount of profit but if you keep on holding your bitcoins for little longer, this will help you in having greater revenue in return. If there is no need of money, do not go for selling right now. Keep holding your bitcoins to have more money in your account.

Probably, I will convert my bitcoins to some good altcoins if I see signs of bitcoin's price going down, and then if the price of bitcoin hits the bottom, I'll buy the fucking dip and accumulate more bitcoin for long term. What's important when it comes to investment is your own strategy and setting your own goal. Your greatest enemy is fear and too much greed.

It is now so very hard to chose whether we sell or not because of the afraid that how about if this will not going to drop again? So I am much more prefered on holding it now.

And panics like this is what has been making people to sell now and regret it later. What is the point of selling now for those who have been planning to hold for long anyway. Unless for those who may be lucky to unknowingly or knowingly sell for a reason when the huge correction is about to happen, then only one way to know when to sell is to monitor the charts and try to buy back when it is low. For now, I would rather advise anyone to just hold as long as they do not have any plans than to hold after all. Expecting huge corrections will just end up causing some unnecessary panic in the minds of those who do not have any strategy.

still not gonna sell anything for now and wwill wait till the end of segwit on january .. still believe the those segwit will give  eagerness to the people to buy more bitcoin and hold it till those days and as the day goes by people wwill still buy on the market and the supplies will not last long and cant accomodate those demands of the market.

I have already sold all of my bitcoin and right now, I am waiting for a new dump. I believe that bitcoin will be dumped soon. IN this year, bitcoin has already increased more than 11 times and because of that fact, it can no longer stay on the top anymore. Sooner or later, it will be dumped extremely hard

I'm sure the correction will always be there and that's when it's the right time to buy. If you have a lot of bitcoin, try to sell a few percent of the bitcoin you have now, It will make you a good profit from your investment a few months ago.

That's a nice vision mate, and I am also doing that thing because right now the price is going to reach higher than never before. Holding and at the same time struggling to wait for that time can be so diffficult specially if you really need money to spend for like the incoming holiday seasons. But I do believe after this current price of $11k, it could double its price up to $20k and maybe that time I can sell my holdings.

I am not against selling now, whenever one got hefty sum of profit is the right time to sell. Don't get caught up with your greed because if you hold for too long, then you would have to hold it for another long period of time. Do not hesitate to sell if there is a hefty sum of profit already. Just always remember to rebuy bitcoin whenever it corrects or dumps. If you have not profit big yet, then better hold that until the goal profit is reached.

Defenitely correct. Sometime you dont have to look the time on how long you are going to hold your bitcoin.
I think its better if you set an amount when you were going to exchange your bitcoin.
Because if you do it, it will be more easy for you to have your profit.

I agree with you i have the same thing but i believe that this December it will go very high it could even reach 15k at the end of this year and then it would start with 15k in 2018.
