For months we have been talking to people doing arbitrage trading in crypto space and users who are new to cryptocurrencies and found out what a b*tch it is to deal with some of the banks and exchanges.

We are looking to gather more stories from the community about the pain points of exchanging fiat to crypto and vice versa.
