KnCMiner list of orders - October delivery

I received my unit last week, but still dealing with some custom issues. duh

I'm Hosting, 1 Jupiter (upgraded from saturn), ordered and paid July 16th. Still in PAID status, still waiting on hosting... I wonder if they're just mining with our Hosting units.

I don't think so. I am in the same boat with hosted Saturn 39xx (ordered and paid 18th of July).

Yeah, but I don't get it, Day 1 and Day 2 have been hosting since Oct. 10th or so. Every other hosting is delayed, while all other orders are being shipped. Have they run out of DC space or something? Something doesn't add up. And they haven't addressed the issues, keeping us in the dark. They had to please the Day 1/Day 2 customers, and started shipping the rest, but wtf about the rest of the hosting customers. I'd still rather do hosting because I'm illiterate when it comes to hardware, power supplies, so I'll just suck it up.

TRUE, WTF - I am also in the same boat and KnC has SH***Y responses. "DC will be online soon, please be patient" Again, WTF.

I can understand there will always be some issues to hash out & work around but KnC sucks at providing info...

Any other Hosting folks get any better updates on what the heck is going on

It addresses that all October orders will be shipped, but does that include all October orders will be "hosted" as well? Cryptic talk

Shipped. Had to pick up my Tracking ID from Spam. My Spamfilter does not seem to like Swedish emails :-)
Shipping with DHL which I think is perfect because most of the times they do a great job in Europe!
Custom should NOT be a problem as this delivery is within the EU. BUT our beloved civil servants are everywhere and I will keep myself down until I successfully quarry out my property from piggy government fingers.
I will keep you posted!

I paid 24 June with Hosting, here is my response from KNC yesterday.

We are aware that there is also a delay with the hosting compared with the shipping orders, but the engineers are working to get your miner up as soon as possible.
More customers should go online later today and we are hoping to have your order ready before the weekend.

I agree there should be some sort of compensation for the Hosted customers.
The mystery of why the DC is behind schedule is indeed a mystery.

probabily I'd get the mercury between yesterday and today, but with the next difficulty jump (I tink around 400milion) I'll never ROI!
paid 2088$ and get back 2088$...
but in July 2088$ were 1623€, today are only 1488...
In last month i bought several btc at 90/100€
now I've still 5 BTC, paid ca. 470€ and the actual value is 800€
THIS is ROI!
