You should give more info about what do you need because sometimes people could help without the need to be paid. Do you have your ICO in an exchange that does not allow US customer? Or do you need send documentation from a different country?
It is just a technical help that you need? Offering money like this could be seen as scam.

I need someone who isnt a us citizen to log into my dashboard on the ico website and send the tokens to my wallet by completing the kyc procedure.  |

I am looking for help and just need to verify for a casino account that doesn't accept US. I am willing to give 5 mBTC after I cash out. All it requires is an ID and selfie... If you put the funds in escrow people will definitely accept this offer. If you can't offer any proof that you will pay the 200$ after verification, not many people will be interested in offer. |
