Is there any obtainable avalon sample chip for development of simple miner board?

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

In a couple of weeks they should be plentiful, worst case, end of July.  Right now they are not reasonably attainable.

and ask some group buy owners, if they have got any spare sample chip (I'm pretty sure, that they will provide you something, only if you prove some progress and show base project description/PCB layout etc.)

So you don't want to wait and get into a group order?
This might be the best way to go, there are a bunch of people doing it on this sub-forum.
You just need to find the one that is closest to you.
