Here are my fan control, overclock and undervolt settings for my 13 card mixed RX 580 13 card rig dual mining. You have to find out the settings for each of your cards.

Code:
-tstop 76
-tt -34,-49,-42,-35,-23,-6,-19,-33,-44,-21,-20,-25,-10
-cclock 1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200
-mclock 1950,1950,1950,2220,2050,2075,2050,2075,2220,2250,2050,2250,2075
-powlim 0,-15,-15,-15,-15,-15,-15,-5,-5,-15,-15,-15,-15
-cvddc 1050,950,950,850,850,850,850,900,900,850,850,850,900
-mvddc 1050,950,950,850,850,850,850,900,900,850,850,850,900

RX 570's can't handle as much of an undervolt compared to RX 580's.

Code:
-tstop 76
-tt -77,-69,-52,-19,-20,-64
-cclock 1200,1200,1200,1200,1200,1200
-mclock 2075,2075,2050,2075,2020,2075
-powlim -15,-15,-5,-15,-5,-10
-cvddc 925,925,925,950,950,925
-mvddc 925,925,925,950,950,925

Thanks for this one I have a hard time to configure my 10 480 and 570 with my ASUS B250 mining expert, I hope this one could less my headache, currently I will downloading the driver and doing some cleanup, will feedback if this method will solve my problem..

Cheers!!

I don't know if the UI problems above were, Start button, cortana and task bar not functioning properly but..

I did multiple fresh installs of windows last weekend trying to figure this out.  After the DDU, I would usually end up with the start button not working along with cortana and some of the task bar features.  I found a solution for this.

1- Right click on start menu and click on Run. "For those who the start menu does not respond with right click, right click on taskbar - click on Task Manager - from File menu on the left upper corner select Run new task".
2-White the command regedit and click Enter.
3- Go to path [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WpnUserService].
4-Double click on Start from the right side.
5-Change the value data to 4 then OK.
6-Reboot

Now my start button, cortana and task bar work as they should.

Ended up with 1709 updated before turning off windows update. DDU and installed Beta Blockchain Aug23rd and MSI afterburner Beta 16 (maybe 19).

Maybe this will help someone else.

Thanks for the possible UI fix. I keep getting periodic crashes on my rigs after 1709 with Aug blockchain drivers and custom bioses that worked fine with 1703. I've just been living with UI issue since it's still functional for mining and I don't game or do anything on headless mining rigs.

I really don't want to downgrade to 1703 since I'll likely have to go back to 1709 soon enough. I wish AMD would just do another blockchain driver but I doubt it. I also don't want to stop using custom bioses for overclock, undervolt, and straps. It's so much simpler than relying on the occasionally buggy claymore miner to do those settings and/or afterburner. But even with the latest AMD drivers I couldn't get 1709 to work because some cards wouldn't stick when I changed the the setting to compute. It was a mixed 580/570 system, and only the 580 would stick.

It's interesting Vann says he got everything working with no problem on all 580 or all 570 systems. I'll have to try again since I'm on 1709 with blockchain drivers but every day or two a rig goes down for no apparent reason.

I usually disable all services that allow updating, but periodically update when major win releases come out. Never again. This time was a shit show.

I've seen several people out there indicate they are running this W10 build and these same drivers on rigs with success. You can set temperature, fan control and also set the overclock, powerlimit and voltages directly in the miner command line or config file.

If you are on Windows 10 v1709 you should use the latest AMD Adrenaline drivers. I'm running the latest v18.2.2 driver with 13 cards and 7 card rigs. I set the overlcocks/undervolt fan speeds with Claymore v11 without problems and it's very stable.

im using 1709 with blockchain driver and also using 4.4.2 msi afterburner and having no problem

Same here.  I had the exact issues OP describes.  I gave up and just use aug23 blockchain driver.  I also have w1709.  Works perfectly.

Thank you kind man.
I'm already tired with this problem.
I checked myself and a miracle, it works as it should!

But I can not solve 13 cards.
I tried to remove the driver for a few.
It seemed to be, but NO. to 11-12-13 there is no access!
