Blockchain technologies will be used for authenticating user's personal information which may include but not limited to nutritional requirements, health conditions, age, allergy etc. The user (read the service taker or the consumer) may have to disclose the information to the nutritionist before taking taking personalized consultancy. Even for a home-based nutritional product maker (there are plenty in Asian countries, Latin America etc.) whose knowledge or expertise is otherwise not recognized, may also need this information before suggesting a recipe of a nutritional diet to a service seeker. Now, personal health related information is a very private and should be exchanged between the service seeker and the service provider. Moreover the Vidicia platform cannot or will not store this information as it is prohibited in certain countries or in certain cases against the very wish of the consumer.
So before the information is exchanged over a secured chat system which will be encrypted (chat records will never be saved) or personal emails or phone or physical meeting, there will be a kind of 'handshake' or 'consent' giving process which will be done through blockchain technology.
The Vidicia team is working on the solution and proto-type of Vidicia will be soon unveiled.
