It's a shameful and a disgraceful act for a bounty manager to do such a thing. I also saw a bounty manager that didn't do anything on twitter he registered for it and gave herself a stake. She took advantage of being the bounty manager and got free token without working for it. Nobody to check them. The always feel like a boss. It's high time projects owner s begin to see of the bounty manager are doing the right thing.

He just abused on what he supposed to do. You must truly know the company before joining any bounty campaign.

2 years we found some paid to participants before they are working as well. Some of the campaign owners and manager scammed the people with out paid the amount they have agreed but now some of the campaign manager giving a rude move with the good participants too. I hope forum will comes with the pipeline to use the campaign managers according to the rank, project they involved to help that and forum and they are good person to known for many people around the forum. If these kind of rules been applied to campaign manager's head everyone will works better.

I'm sure this is not a proper section to discuss that, posting the problem in the reputation section would be a good idea, So many trusted people could investigate further about it.

How awful, and look he is joining in his own managed campaign. But it is not new here in the forum, I guess. I think, this person should have a negative trust here in the forum by doing that. Why does he need to do that if being a manager will be paid good?

I think this needs to be posted in the reputation thrend. I am not sure what the rules are when it comes to this. However its definitely unethical. But since its his campaign that he is cheating on, I'm not sure if there will be any penalties or perhaps maybe give him a negative trust.

The first thing is to contact the team and tell them about the situation.
I think it is a scam, but maybe team knows it? Maybe they gave him a privileged role in this bounty, because he is a bounty manager? Maybe they treat him for the work.

It's really pity. I suppose that if you are a bounty manager you should be honest at first, after all you have the salary for the work!!! I don't think this project could be trusted.

A sneaky way to earn more money. That's what bounty managers do inexperienced and take more profit.

We recommend reporting to the project team and giving negative trust  Grin

I discussed with the ico ceo that I could get paid at legendary rates, but with the ico not being announced yet, I am leaving the campaign and being unpaid. That will leave the rest of the funds to everyone else.

You are managing that campaign and i think your rate per week is like the rate of legendary that is why you put your name in the spreadsheet under legendary ranked and there is nothing wrong on that. There are other managers not put their name in the spreadsheet because they do not want to know their weekly rates.

If he worked out a deal with the company whose campaign he's managing, what's everyone's problem?  Yeah obviously Aventhe isn't legendary yet, but he's (or was) the dude running the thing for them, so I don't see what the big deal is.  Everyone's crying "scam" without having all of the facts in, and I don't see any proof that he's scamming anyone.

If I wanted to be cheating, I would have done it so no one could see. I have not yet been paid for the last 1.5 months for my management, so the CEO agreed to this rate for me. I would never be intent to scam or cheat anyone. I have already left the campaign, which means I'll get paid 0 and the tokens will be distributed between everyone else.

Can you not read above my last post?

Edit: I deeply apologize to anyone whom this has offended, angered, seemed unfair to and whatever else. I would have to say that without the full story, it would seem highly suspicious, though my intentions were never to be malicious.

What are these people rambling about? I am enrolled in the same sig campaign and didn't mind it at all. I'm no rocket scientist but one can already deduce that that action was the result of a negotiation between the CEO and the bounty manager.

I strongly believe in this project, bounty manager and the team so please just lock this thread before it damages their reputation and also to avoid spreading wrong/unnecessary information.
