OP, I think you should look at a coins market cap rather than its price, as this is indicative of any actual profit you'll make. If an infinite supply of coins exist at 1 satoshi each, then the coin is worthless. If a single coin exists, it could be worth $10 million each if the market cap is $10 mill. Coin price is irrelevant in comparison to market cap, which is based on Coin Supply * Coin price.

If I were you I'd probably work on my homework first. What I mean is look for an altcoin within your budget and research everything about it before investing. I know there's a lot of altcoins out there just like everyone is mentioning so I guess start from it and look for more information that you think their services will benefit a lot of people 2-3 years from now.

Hello! Guys I am looking for coin under 1$ with some good Basics. maybe some coin that I can hold for 2 to 3 year. Am planning to add some more folios? All the suggestion are Open.

I would recommend 1. Quark (QRK) it is insanely cheap now, and yes it will exist in 2,3 years. 2. Bluecoin (BLU) , also, will exist in a few years, most probably with much larger price.

Both coins had certain problems in the past, but survived for a long time, and have great potential.

I'd took DOGE and BCN out... and put NEM (XEM) in.

They seems to be very professional, even though they are not listed on many exchanges (most of exchanges are really costly to be listed, and the NEM Foundation is focusing right now on development than marketing).

Also, they are planning to launch the Catapult really soon...

the right time to invest because the price is still under $ 1, and may be able to earn a profit in the future if the price can be above $ 1 and get a big profit.
