Account selling are not encouraged, but not prohibited as far as I know.

If you really think they are doing something illegal with their topic (hacked account / scams), you are free to report to local staffs.
Either contact dbshck or Bitrent.

Otherwise, you are free to -neg them too as reputation are not moderated.

Are they spamming ? if not there will be no case at this matter.

A farm account doesn't mean its a cancer on forum and should be kicked out, until they not doing bad things like scamming they are free to join us here, and be respectful to each other.

I'm against of buy accounts but also not all people are useless for this forum when they bought high rank account  because some are just want easy profit but in that include of knowledge to do good reply and not a trash one.

Just keep an eye in that seller, if they do wrong you can easily reported them like this and admin/mods will automatically judge, I assure they see this post and just not responding, a normal members can keep this misunderstanding report will be solved.
