I think, poloniex is best this time. also binance will good of future
Coinbase, Kraken, Bitfinex, poloniex and Bitstamp are the best cryptocurrency exchange sites available out there in my opinion. They all have been open for many years and have shown over time seriousness and stellar customer service.

if you want to exchange btc with ether , then best site is wex.nz .
bcoz here no deposit fees , and withdrawal fee of ether is just 0.03 ether and instant withdrawal .
even in congestion , they used 100 gwei gas fee so that users get their withdrawal without any issue .

Binance is indeed doing a great job!
I admire the success of binance for a small amount of time they have gathered millions of users already who are happy with their service.

Before it was the domination of bittrex and polonie but now it seems that its a crowd favorite so I also used binance and all I can say it is satisfying.

Despite of FUDs that also spread by McAfee on his twitter account, binance is making its security stronger.

For the best exchange site, i should prefer to bitfinex. Because it is the world’s largest exchange by volume, with high liquidity, and it also has a range of an advanced features including margin trading. It lacks the choice of a coins, but in almost every other respect, Bitfinex is the gold standard for cryptocurrency exchanges, and it's highly recommended by traders.

Its highly recommended because its one of good exchange.
To look further, i will prefer bittrex and binance. I dont think that bitfinex has the largest trading volume.
I think bittrex is larger volume than bitfinex.

Binance - appeared only in 2017, but already managed to win high popularity among traders (immediately entered the top of the best). Initially, it was created by professionals under the current market requirements. It is located in Hong Kong and is subject to its legislation.

I have been in crypto for 3 months now. Currently the biggest ones are by far the best in terms of performance, withdrawal speed and in general also high quality coins.
I'm using Binance, Bitfinex and Bittrex and all three of them are really great. For new coins from the ICO I can recommend using KuCoin.

Just simply google top exchanges, for newbies or purely traders just using high volume exchanges will be the best. almost all of this exchanges are the same in features and security so i think the famous ones will be the best one.

In my own experience in some of exchanges , the best for me are the bittrex , binance , kucoin , coinexchange . Those exchange sites are good in buying and in trading altcoins , bitcoin. In binance there is a low fee in withdrawing assets , and also in kucoin where they have their own application where you can buy , sell , trade your altcoins. And its faster in transactions in those exchanges sites.

all exchange exchanges are good, it's just that I prefer if the coins / tokens are in the CRYPTOPIA, HITBTC, and COIN EXCANG exchanges because the feen is low and no coins are left from sales like etherdelta.

Not all exchange are are good, like Etherdelta  because this platform are always involved in hacked issues also hitbtc.com has a high issue in every transaction that you are going to make every time you are going to withdraw any coins in this exchange.

It depends on what coins you are looking to acquire. Not all coins are available on all exchanges. Also the withdrawal and trading fees are different from exchange to exchange. Always check the Fees and Withdrawal cost for the coins you are interested in before sending anything to the exchange. Some exchanges have a minimum withdrawal limit as well so it is important to consider all these factors when deciding where to trade.

Poloniex, Bittrex, Binance are all good in my opinion.

I completely agree with you and I will even say that the withdrawal limits depend very much on the level of verification, for example, as on bitrex. Almost everywhere you already have to enter personal data.

I like the next exchanges for various reason:

1) Bittrex - looks stable and has no technical problem. Has high requirements for coins to be listed, but no listing fee. If devs replace USDT with fiat USD, it would be the exchange I've ever known
2) Binance - perspective altcoins, quick, good technical support, based in HK
3) Kucoin - almost the same reasons with Binance
4) Poloniex - my first trade experience and learning has started there. Slow, but stable, in my own opinion
5) Coinexchange - here you can buy looking good coins at cheap price, but with high-risks, which you must evaluate by yourself.
6) Hitbtc - Usual exchange with many restrictions, but sometimes perspective coins/tokens are listed here first, for example SNC
7) Livecoin - just good exchange with rare coins, has the support of fiat money
Cool Exmo - useful exchange, beginners can start here, weekly articles about blockchain and cryptocurrencies as bonus of using this exchange

9) Yobit - precisely the "best exchange" to get thrill and adrenaline, because here you can lose all your money in a couple of seconds. I don't recommend it for everybody and in particular for beginners. A lot of shitcoins, almost has no technical support
