Even if he believes in it, I think making this kind of wager is extreme. There are multiple other ways to emphasize your confidence.
$1 Million does look extreme. He has revised his prediction of $500K by 2020 to $1 million by 2020. And he has done this based on Bitcoin's strong rally in 2017.

I have to keep 80% of my current holding till 2020 as this man know and have reason why the bullish momentum is going to make us going towards the moon in 3 years to come. McAfee is a great man and I stand with his comments over this than others financial expert that are  busy attacking bitcoin because there cannot control it.

$1 million within next 2 years, I think its not possible but over $100k in next 2 year is possible as it has already been proved that bitcoin price can multiply by 10x within one year.

There are  50 millions of millionaires in the world right now. There are only 16 millions BTC. I hope we will see people more people with millions in BTC and none in fiat. The world will change. We do not need that State and Central Banks still hold the power to make people rich.

It's going to be weird at night praying that John McAfee doesn't have to eat his own little guy  If he is right I will be a very happy person and I might do it for him! 1m still seems so far away but then 10k probably seemed even further away for those really early adopters.

I think the bet he made is too insane. 1million $ by the end of 2020? I think that is too much and too fast growth. I think that by the end of it bitcoin would be at least 100,000$ but not more than 500,000$. That being said, I think he is gonna eat his own dick after 2020 ends. If for some reason there is a factor making him that confident about his prediction, then it is good I too am hoping to see bitcoin reach those price ranges.

On national TV, McAfee is really determined with his belief I hope that he's still alive on 2020 and see if that will happen for real. $500,000 is already too high for everyone and he's predicting that much at $1,000,000. Still things that are crazy can go into reality and reality can go into legendary and part of history. I'm following his prediction and I hope this will be in reality soon.

He needs to stick to what he does best and that is mediocre at best. McAfee AV sucks balls, so let him eat a dick too. I think he will lose. We will be just coming out of a bear market around the halving of 2020, so not in moontrain mode to get $1m in that year. $1m will happen, but I doubt by 2020. That's another 100x from here. Just not quite seeing it yet.

I know for most of us it sounds crazy but in $11.500 by the end of this year sounded pretty crazy for most people on this forum back in July. People would have been quite happy if price  had been just $5.000 by now.
