... Hello elitenoob, I'm about to launch the new site on which you will be able to purchase contracts direct via BitPay and I'm looking to secure additional funding for Dave's franchise program, Spondoolies at an unbeatable price, and I'm also looking into expanding into Scrypt depending on the opinion of contract holders. My sale price for packs of 1000 contracts will be at 0.00425/ contract so it will save you a little based upon your bid on the contract purchase thread. If you're interested please get back to me via email at labrat@labratmining.com and I can arrange to sell you contracts direct before launch of the new site. This will allow you to gain the benefits of 1 or 2 additional contract payouts before the site goes live. Please do not share this info on the forums as it is going out with a proper announcement. Thanks, -Lab_Rat Thank you for sharing this elitenoob. It's pretty damning. We've all been had. Best wishes to the plaintiffs in the case. Perhaps they can achieve justice here.

Not that I'm happy with the situation with LRM but the law suit was filed on the 26th of August so technically Labrat wasnt lying when he sent out the email at the end of July.
Problem still revolves around trust - even with the law suit filed after he sent that email itd be difficult to trust him not using the funds from the new sales to fuel the lawsuit given the lack of transparency of everything else...

Fwiw, I don't wish the plaintiffs well in the case. Brandon isnt being altruistic in his pursuit. His intention no doubt is to get what he put in, plus, at the expense of everyone else. If he prevails, we all get screwed with nothing, labrat might get seriously damaged, and brandon ends up with all of the chips.
Even if brandon doesnt prevail, we are all in a position of being far from breaking even.

That is not how it works. If the jury decides that the investors split up the assets there will be an executor that divides everything up. Everyone will have to submit their claim by most likely signing an affidavit and proving you are the owner of the address that holds X number of shares to claim your piece of the pie. We will learn more as the discovery process unfolds. I'm sure the first things the lawyers will demand will be a list of assets and access to the books. If Zach hasn't kept accurate records or has been mixing personal and business funds it will get ugly fast.

Why wouldn't it be? I know the Securities sub forum has made us all a little more cautious, but trying to scam a few dollars from people looking for court docs seems unlikely.

This. One makes a lot of assumptions to get to the conclusion that brandon's lawsuit is good. Brandon is out for one person. If you seriously think this will play to your benefit, I've got a pile of lrm shares to sell you.

Gotta love the no bonus payout.
The people getting screwed by LRM are also paying his legal fees for him to defend screwing us.
Long past time to recognize a bad investment, soak the loss, and watch LRM be razed to the ground in court.

what I was thinking... funny though how Laby removed his post where he stated in other words that no matter what (lose or win in court) he won't lose a thing but we the investors in other hand will lose big time

If you are looking for the court documents, you need to register with PACER(Federal Case DB) for view only access. As explained here. https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/CHtech/pacer.htmThere is like a $10 USD quarterly fee. Use the Case Locator to find Case "8:2014-cv-02091". all documents are there as a matter of public record. Edit: after that click History/Documents
