personaly I use slush's pool, perhaps the fee are a little bit high but the reliability is great. for idle miner I use alerts on minepeon (I use a raspberry pi to control the miner). I have a way smaller installation than you but you can try Beside that, thanks for the work and keep our bond working to get bigger and better! can you say or pm me the technical details about your web hosting, i'll perhaps try to implement something for the trading if it helps you.

If using Eligius, couldn't you just use a separate address for each rig and then scrape the 256 second hashrate to generate alerts?

I was not anywhere near a computer for the payout
Wooo, telekinesis... I like Eligius due to it's non-threatening size, but I need an alert system for each individual miner. I don't believe Eligius has something like this in place, but please correct me if I'm wrong. GHash.io may have to be my choice although I absolutely do not want to contribute to the largest pool out there...
I'm real happy with Bitminter, big enough, but still small enough... fees are low, but you can add the perk of as many workers as you need. If the perk price seems high, maybe you could negotiate with Dr Haribo to point a LOT of hash there. ASIC miner was using bitminter for a while back in the 1st half the year, before they soloed.

Eligius has an alert system but it it's still in testing stages. Wizkid said he would be putting it up eventually. Who knows how long that could be

The ASIC is happening regardless of if those shares sell. This is certain. However as Lab Rat said himself, each bond sold helps go directly toward new gear.

So, the current time-line I see is:
December 2013: 3ish T/H added January 2013: BFL Monarchs, maybe? (Unless the Dec added IS the monarchs?) Late February 2013: New BitFury equipment starting to come in. (100 to 200 T/H) Early March 2013: BitFury equipment continuing to come in. Post-March: ASIC project stuff
Comment: I personally expect the Bitfury order to be late, because the last one was late and I'm an eternal pessimist.
Questions:
1. Do we have a time frame for a trading platform? 2. Shouldn't some of this stuff be posted to the LRM website? 3. What hash-rate additions are subject to two weeks of holding? 4. Can we PLEASE only start the two weeks of holding once ALL of a new batch is in place so we're only missing dividends of the increased hashrate for exactly two weeks?

Regarding to 4, if a hardware is subject of 2 weeks of holding dividends, it will be done since it arrives up to the 2 two weeks of running and turned to people's dividend, i wouldnt wait for 1 week to get all installed and then 2 weeks more.

+1 to number 4, each machine should come in mine for two weeks and then go towards the main hash rate.

I guess I wouldn't mind if the new hardware was staggered in at 2 weeks, it's when the whole thing gets dragged out to 5 weeks like last time, that just sucked...

As far as I know, I don't believe we will ever have a two week holding on new hardware again. I'm fairly certain it was a one time deal to get us kickstarted with these new projects/deals.

January 2013: BFL Monarchs, maybe? (Unless the Dec added IS the monarchs?)
.....
According to BFL_Josh the first Monarch boards will be available around the last week of January if everything goes to plan without any further delays. This is due to scheduling delays at the very expensive foundry (so they win!)

This is due to scheduling delays at the very expensive foundry (so they win!) Unfortunately, the Zerlanian calendar differs from the Gregorian one in that "January" means August and "Two weeks" means a year. Someone should really write an app that automatically translates Zerlan time to regular time, just to give BFL fans some reasonable proportions.

I wonder if BFL would be kind enough to put up some hashing power using ye olde Singles to make up for the massive delay? Might be worth asking.

In my fantasy world, BFL always comes through, and if anything slows them down, compensation is automatic and highly generous. They can't help but do the right thing, even if it "costs" them (sometimes I'm just not sarcastic enough! hehehe)
