If you did it after block 128000 then ensure you are in correct blockchain, make sure you have same block height as explorer, and best to check same blockhash if possible.

For example: Block 130390 blockhash = 916be48abe0debb40cdf43d66e45d771032e5987efb2651149bd7a1a67d23787
