Author Topic: s9 hasing 9ths why?  (Read 351 times)

hi I just upgraded the firmware to the latest one
and I still have this issue after reboot it works at 13th but after few hours it goes down to 9th
any idea why? and how to fix it?

One of your boards is shutting off. It is probably on the edge of failure.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

reflow some chip? like a notebook?
or just send it back to Bitmain and they repair the bad board?
I guess I can just unplug one board at the time and see which one is dying and let it unplugged meanwhile otherwise it will consume more electricity

Look at #8.  0 GH's.

Again #8 is the one that is failing.  Unplug one of the outside boards and see if it is still hashing at the same amount.  If it is, the unplugged board is the bad one...if not, the one that is plugged in is the bad one.

I'm debating fixing S9's, getting good with S7's. Does it run if you slow the clock down to 200mhz or so?

Its an autotune s9, you cant adjust its speed.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
