Sure.
It depends on the nature of the job. If it's a job that doesn't require physical presence - like tutoring, training, writing, coding, and graphic design - you can engage each through smart contract from any geographical location

Plus it's safe and fast payment included. Are jobbers bound by any rules they have to follow? Say no relationship with employers for example.

Does that mean the platform is open source?

Of course it is. Blockchain is all about decentralization of power and transparency of systems. A closed source project has no place on the blockchain

On point. From what I've seen of freelancing platform, they are very centralized with closed management. I was wondering if it's the same with yours too

Are there free trials for employers or gifts? To grab their attention, that they would hire more jobbers.

What happens when a jobber fails to carry out a job? And is there a score count?

They automatically lose reputation point and have permanent feedback on their inability to fulfill the contract terms

That doesn't sound fair. More like a permanent record. What if it was something outside their control

Contracts are legally binding and should only be agreed upon when you are certain of meeting the requirement
