I can't say that I don't make mistakes, Everyone does. As for the bounty campaigns, that depends on how big the bounty campaign would be. I can run a signature campaign all by myself with ease but if the project team would want to run multiple bounty campaign categories, a few extra hands would be needed for it to run smoothly. That is when I seek out help from my trusted friends.

"All" is an exaggeration   Only two is currently paused; VFarm and VisionBanker. Both VFarm and VisionBanker is managed by the same marketing team who hired me. For VisionBanker, the progress of it's bounty campaign is slow with just a couple of participants. Discussions about adding various social media campaigns are currently on the table, but in order to run that, they would need a social media manager (which they currently don't have) for that reason, the marketing team decided to pause it until everything is set. As for VFarm, their ICO is currently on hold. The team is focusing on its main business, engaging on events and such. Vfarm team felt that it is imperative to pause the bounty campaign temporarily until their ICO resumes.

One of the campaigns I am currently managing is still active and running, CurioInvest. Link is in my signature.

Hashmart's content creation contest has already ended and is already waiting for the official escrow to distribute the prizes.

Really good campaign manager Julerz12, personally i like her managing work and fast sheet update. He manage good project again Curioinvest and i was participating signature campaign. I'm waiting for next project project best work and go ahead.

This guy is the best when it comes to bounty management. I have worked with him for only one bounty I must confess am really impress. He update stakes every week which is very rare in this space keep it up guy. Am recommending to any company that has bounty to run.

I also want to point out where you said escrow is optional I think it is better you make it compulsory since some people will make some one to work at the end either dey dnt pay or they reduce the pool to a ridiculous amount.

One of my favorite managers, julerz12 has managed a lot of campaign and did his job very well.
He Strictly chooses participants in the Signature campaign so that the project he promotes will have a better result.
When I was a Member and tried to join his campaign he denied my application maybe because of my inactivity for the past few months.
That's how well he managed his service.

He's one of the managers that became my inspiration to make a useful topic where I get to rank on Sr. Member from Member. Because they are strict on choosing participants you are forced to practice and make yourself as one of the good posters in this community. I salute this guy for his fairness and recommended Him If you need his service.

Yep. Escrow is a must (although I've stated that it's optional on the first post) but, I usually ask my clients for it. It gives assurance to all those who participated that they would receive their rewards when the campaign ends. Nowadays, it's really hard to find a client that is willing to have an escrow for the bounty pool. Most are still skeptical about what positive feedback they would get if ever they agree to it.
