Hi julerz12,
I spent some time going through this thread before posting. Nearly nine years of managed campaigns, a public spreadsheet of past reward escrow and distribution, and wallet addresses that clients are told to verify by signed message is the level of transparency we were looking for. Several of your reviews mention the same things: weekly stake updates, clear rules, post counts published 24 hours before payday, and a manager who still answers the repeated questions. That's what makes participants take a campaign seriously, and it's what we want our name attached to.
Who we areWe're Strategic Crypto Reserve, a Canadian team that runs a bitcoin mining setup on Vancouver Island, BC. Our main product is the
SCR AI Build Configurator, a licensed, embeddable cost model for anyone planning a new data centre or expanding an existing mining site. It prices 7 build types (AI factory, neocloud, powered shell, miner retrofit, modular, edge and hybrid mining + AI) across all 50 US states plus DC and 9 Canadian provinces, with each state's utility large-load tariffs, taxes and construction costs applied. Around it we publish free research for miners and builders: every US state's large-load power tariff, BC Hydro mining costs, and a live tracker of AI data center stocks.
Our campaign budgetWe have a large campaign budget set aside and want to deploy it over a long period, not burn it on a short test. Our customers (mining operators, hosting providers, contractors and data-centre developers) buy slowly, so we're planning for sustained visibility over months. We're ready to fund the reward pool through escrow up front, so participants know the money is there from day one.
Where your services fit- Signature campaign: the core of it, ideally weighted toward members who are active in the Mining, hardware and hosting boards, since that's where our buyers are.
- Review campaign: paying miners and builders to actually try the free live demo of the calculator and post honest reviews. Real feedback from people who run hashrate is worth more to us than anything else.
- Contests and raffles: for example, a contest for the best real-world power-cost data or tariff experience from members' own sites, which we would publish (with credit) on our state tariff pages.
- Bounties: for content such as write-ups or translations of our tariff research for non-English mining communities.
Questions- Have you managed campaigns for B2B, mining or infrastructure projects, as opposed to token launches and ICOs?
- How would you split a larger budget across signature, review and contest campaigns for a project whose goal is qualified leads rather than token holders?
- What are your management fee and escrow terms, and how soon could you start?
I'll follow up on Telegram as well. Looking forward to working with a manager whose track record is all on the table.
