Not wanting to risk sounding overly optimistic, but with the amount of cash that the junkets will be paying Dragon Inc for DRG, Dragon Inc will be able to act as its own bank.

They can also work with payment services which are currently working with casinos for cash access so that debit cards or their Global Cash Machines can provide the liquidity for us as users.

There are companies like Everi (Nyse listed) and Global payment Inc whom have been working with Casinos to provide cash access on the casino floors traditionally.

However I think there will be transaction fees when the debit cards are used..
