yeah definitely, Lets see what are their requirements for listing. not only listed in coinmarketcap, but hit another exchange besides stocks exchange will be a great idea,, so the day trading volume will increase regards Dev, I looked it up, and we need to have at least $50000USD daily volume. "Does the cryptocurrency have at least 50000 USD equivalent of daily trading volume on exchanges?" Once we get that I think we can be added. Here is the link: https://coinmarketcap.com/request/

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Looks like we're forked again. dero.tech is well ahead of everyone else.
Edit: My test pool is on the same block as dero.tech. Maybe the daemon is down on dero.live?

Looks like we're forked again. dero.tech is well ahead of everyone else. Dammit, I was just about to ask what the hell is going on with the official pool - no blocks in 2 hours on either it or the entire network and even more puzzling is that the difficulty has remained the same the entire time, which is statistically improbable, to say the least.

Edited my post. It might be that the daemon is down on the official pool.
My wallet daemon was spitting out a bunch of reorganization warnings and that isn't connected to the official mining pool, so it might be that dero.tech is the pool mining air this time.

Incase DERO blockchain data not syncing. Restart derod daemon and use status command to check status of daemon. If still not syncing delete chaindata and restart daemon. Else for faster sync, download chain data from following link : http://seeds2.dero.io/data.mdb Replace data.mdb in .dero/lmdb/ folder Or corresponding folder in windows user. Windows users can look for dero-chain-data folder in their user folder or C:\ProgramData\dero\lmdb

Contracts would be open on block-chain but the identities/addresses involved in carrying out the transaction with contracts will not be public. They will be private.

Privacy in combination with smart contracts, is that even possible? DM's are open.
Contracts would be open on block-chain but the identities/addresses involved in carrying out the transaction with contracts will not be public. They will be private. But how does DERO knows when the contract is executed as specified. It needs to get some information from sender or receiver to confirm the contract is executed, but its need to stay private. How does DERO knows it gets the (correct) information from the real contract holders? Would you elaborate a little more, thanks in advance! If you have questions regarding my question, please let me know and I will elaborate.

there are lots of chains. So what's the advantage of DERO, compare to XMR and others?
Last two months ago, i made a choice to mine ITNS. Although its aglo is also cryptonight, but it will help to establish a strong VPN and this will be more useful .

Monero + Smart Contracts(like Etherium) = DERO If they can pull it off this is going to be big! I was mining ITNS and SUMO before this, now I stopped and I'm all in DERO.
