Can we please get pplns on the official pool...?

Ive got 4 rigs on the official pool running 13 second share times to try to get some shares in on fast blocks and i missed all 3 of the last 1% blocks. I even got a several Dero payout myself for a quick block yesterday that I clearly didnt split with many people.

I think we should be told of the devs plans.  Is there a plan to add this to more exchanges, or not?  If not, we should know, because then the likelihood of this coin getting more exposure, and more volume, is much less  Cry

The roadmap is quite clear. Speaking for myself, I'd rather the devs were concentrating on rewriting the core code and implementing private Smart Contracts than adding the coin to more exchanges. Product first. If they succeed in accomplishing what they have planned, the exchanges will be beating down the door to list DERO.

Agree with @Speedie. Lets work on the roadmap first and focus on delivering unique and start of art technology.
Meanwhile we will keep exploring the exchanges which come in way.
Exchange listings are not big deal comparable to technology.

In addition everyone is invited to go through whitepaper and add your suggestions or features you would like to see on blockchain.

Does anyone sells Dero here? How much is the rate on bitcointalk right now? I'm not interested to sign up to stocks.exchange.

Hi, everyone.

I've just registered to say how this project is really interesting and why you should'nt make too much noise :

Nowdays you could find a lot of projects with nice roadmap, great marketing, great community, but they are all just an empty shell with no-code or very little (like Fork and Rebase, PoW, PoS, Wallet Gui, etc.) and nothing new.

What I like in Dapp on MonERO :

1. The re-write of core base is really important to prevent any security flaw. (Thx to golang compiler, can prevent some old hack like Buffer/Stack overflow)
2. Implementing a new Smart Contract client wrote in Go (to prevent hacks like Integer Overflow still used in Ethereum BlockChain to steal millions of coins) and implement some libs easily (JavaScript Interpreter).

- Write Smart Contact in JavaScript could bring a ton of Web Devs around the world to BlockChain, even more than with Ethereum.
- Privacy, they are still a lot of company they are afraid of BlockChain because they have to expose their identities or identities of their customers.
- A Public BlockChain is important to see if Smart Contract don't have any bad intentions, so everyone could read them.
- Sub-Adress to hide Main Address and Atomic-swap (Great ideas too)

But with only the first 2 points working well it could be just behind Monero on coinmarketcap with no time, but for that you should lets the Devs works on it and accumulate Wink

Mining this coins it's already really difficult so you shouldn't speak too much, its a true benediction that it still hidden for now.

About new idea, what do you think about add to core project : Algorand ( WP : https://arxiv.org/pdf/1607.01341.pdf ), instead committees members being randomly chosen, we could use Proof-of-Work to select each neighbors winners. (Put every workers in circle and each one gonna works for is directly Left (or Right) neighbor, just an idea.)

NDLR : C/C++x11/Java Dev myself, I think it's time to learn some Go  Roll Eyes

OK, I see the point about completing the technical roadmap before a more general widespread promotion/listing of the coin.

Is this proceeding smoothly/to plan, do you think?

Yes , Everything proceeding smoothly and as per plan.
Next Status Update Release 2 will be uploaded to github before 20th Feb.

Better than I expected, can't speak for others though. The project is barely 2 months old, and the devs have already showcased / beta tested a fully functional daemon in Golang. That's more than some other projects I'm involved with have accomplished in 6 months.

Yep, I agree. The steady progress and calm demeanor of our fearless CaptDero is why I switched some GPU hashpower back over to this coin even though the difficulty is horrendous and the present-day income/day is terrible.

Do you know how to read? Or are you just posting worthless questions?  The white paper was released 4 days ago.  I suggest you read that.  Do you expect this project to have significant progress in 4 days?

Hey, you don't have to be rude, do you?  I was asking for people's opinions on progress, that was all.  And two other people managed to answer and provide their opinions - thank you to them, that was useful to hear.  If you don't have one, that is fine, but why waste your time with this post, then?
